Spending time at home should be less stressful and more enjoyable. It’s much easier to maker the most of your time at home by maintaining a clean place. Even if you’re not excessively sanitizing every surface, every day, you can at least do your part to keep the air you’re breathing fresh.
Lately I’ve spent way too much money on coconut, soy, and beeswax candles. To ease the pain of my overspending, I’ve revisited my old reliable essential oil diffuser– a safe aromatherapy option. Here are three simple blends I can’t get enough of:
For Creativity + Positive Energy
- 2 drops Peppermint
- 1 drop sweet orange
- 1 drop Lemon
- 1 drop Lime
For Relaxation + Anxiety Relief
- 3 drops Lavender
- 1 drop Peppermint
- drop Sweet Orange
For Overall Health + Allergy Relief
- 2 drops Eucalyptus
- 1 drop Peppermint
- 1 drop Lemon
- 1 drop Mandarin
I use more drops than what my diffuser calls for (as you can see by how many total drops there are per blend). This makes the aroma more potent depending on how large your space is. These blends are based on an average-size bedroom.
